1. No Physical Returns

All our products are digital courses delivered online (videos, PDFs, live sessions).
Since they are not physical goods, no physical returns or exchanges are possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.

• Technical Issues: If you cannot access the course due to a technical issue on our platform and we cannot resolve it within 7 working days.

• Course Not Delivered: If your course is not activated within 3 working days of successful payment confirmation.

Important: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You have already watched/downloaded more than 20% of the course content.

• You decide not to continue due to personal reasons (change of mind, lack of time, etc.).

• You face issues with your own device or internet connection.

• The course was purchased on a discount or during a special offer.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Our support team will review your request within 3-5 working days.

3. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
